Sammie looked at Sax and she gave a slight laugh and shook her head and raised her hands in a small defensive gesture looking innocent "This is a smart-ass comment free zone and no I didn't dress like this on purpose, it was just the first thing I grabbed" she said giving a small shrug.

He seemed sceptical. "So you honestly didn't dress like this just to mess with me? Cause if you did, good job, you succeeded. You look...fuckin' sexy as hell, to be honest." He sighed. "Have you ever heard of the 'half-your-age-plus-seven' rule? It's the rule to define the youngest that a romantic interest can be before the relationship is indecent. I'm twenty-two. So the youngest anyone I can pursue should be eighteen...It bothers me that I'm willing to be indecent...worse, I'm considering what is termed 'statutory rape.' I've never considered myself a pervert, but I'm beginning to wonder..."

"Honestly I didn't dress like this to mess with you" Sammie said with a smile as she ran a hand through her hair, giving a slight sigh she shook her head at him "You are not a pervert Sax and your not being indecent" she said softly watching him.

He kept watching her, a pained look on his face. "You say that...but you are not the one who is looking at a sixteen year old, a MINOR, and trying not to imaging them naked. Which is something I really want to see, so it is obviously hard not to imagine it." He then sighed. "Of course, that's not the only thing I'm imagining, so it's worse." He paused for a bit, then smiled suddenly. "Though I don't regret kissing you, and certainly want to do that again..."

He seemed to think on things a bit more, then raised an eyebrow. "Well, I suppose it's alright, if you don't mind it."

Sammie watched Sax, as soon as he finnished talking she leaned towards him and pressed her lips lightly against his "I don't mind Sax..." she said softly looking at him with a small smile, tucking her hair away from her face she leaned back so she was comfortable again as she watched him.

He had a warm smile on his face when she pulled away, and he looked up at her. "Thank you, for that. I don't know why, but I feel quite warm and rather comfortable when you kiss me..." He reached up, placing his hand gently on her cheek. "THough I'm curious why you do it, as I have never been very confident about my worth, to be honest, and why you say you are comfortable doing anything..." He paused, and he suddenly looked very concerned. "Nobody has ever....ever touched you, have they?"

With his past, he would of course have serious issue with that sort of thing, but even without his past, the idea of anything happening to HER...

"At parties I used to go to I normally got into....umm...sticky situations I guess you could call them....but nothing too serious...my friends always found me before I did something stupid..." Sammie said giving a shrug of her shoulders as she looked at Sax then glanced away.

He let out a relieved sigh. "Oh good...I was worried for a moment that someone had taken advantage of you. Getting into 'stick situations' is relatively normal. Better than me. I lost my virginity while drugged up....sort of. I guess it really wasn't really a virgin any more at that time..." His face darkened a bit then, as if remembering something particularly unpleasant.

Sammie looked at Sax, moving on her bed she laid down beside him and kissed his cheek gently "You don't need to worry about me..." she said softly, reaching up to his face she gently traced her fingers along his cheek watching him with a small smile.

He laughed softly, and reached up to take her hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "I may not need to worry, but I will anyway. That's what you do when you care about someone." He brought her hand closer, and kissed her knuckles lightly. "I...don't know why, but I feel I can trust you with my past. I feel you won't judge me, or pity me. I think you would listen, comfort me, but never pity or judge." His brow furrowed, and he sighed. "If you don't mind hearing, that is."

Sammie gave a small smile as he kissed her knuckles "I don't mind at all...." she said softly as she watched him, she laced her fingers with his lightly as she stayed laying beside him breathing in his sent.

He nodded a bit. "Well, first, based on what I've already told you, what have you managed to piece together? If possible, I'd like to repeat as little as possible. I don't like talking about it, but I have to tell SOMEONE, you know what I mean?" He chuckled a bit. "Heh, counselor dumping his problems on the person he's supposed to be helping..."

"I know what you mean" Sammie said before she glanced away from him thinking for a moment "That your father assulted you when you were a kid and made you be apart of child pornography?" she asked softly looking back at him seeing if she had put that all together right.

He shook his head a bit. "You got it part right. Me and my older brother were dragged into the pornography. It was my older sister he abused...I was too young to realize what was really going on, or that our father was unstable. I just knew he was hurting my sister. So...I told. He then murdered my mom and sister while me and my brother with the police. My brother, his name was Syrus, by the way, was trying to stop me from telling, afraid of what would happen." He sighed heavily.

"Dad was sentenced to death, and me and Syrus were put into foster care. I told you how I got into drugs and cutting. Coping with what had happened, I guess. Syrus was trying to get me to stop. I stopped with the drugs for awhile when Syrus was killed by a drug dealer I was trying to by from when I was fifteen. A few months clean, the stress...well, I switched to perscription, to avoid dealers. The suicide attempts accompanied that. After all, as I saw it, my whole fampily was dead thanks to me."

Sammie looked at him a sad looking passing over her face as she moved slightly closer to him so she could put her head on his shoulder "But it wasn't your fault Sax" she said as she looked up at him and kissed his cheek softly tempting to comfort him as she rested one of her arms on his chest gently.

He gave her a soft smile, and nodded. "I know that NOW, Sammie, but when I was younger...well, anyway, I was on the verge of jumping off a roof, knowing I wouldn't fail to kill myself that time, when I thought back on things. I asked myself, if Syrus and my sister Sylvia, my mother had a thing for 'S' names, could see me now, what would they think? Well, I thought about it and realisd that they'd be disappointed with what I'd done with my life." He then chuckled a bit.

"After thinking on it some more, and the fact that I desperately wanted to see them again, I also realized something else. If there is such a thing as heaven, I still would never see them again if I killed myself while living the life I was. I'd have to earn the right to see them again. Although...some other things have made me grateful that I chose not to kill myself." He smirked a bit. "I met you, after all."

Sammie smiled as she listened to him "And I'm happy we did meet" she said with a slight laugh as she looked at him, running a hand through her hair she moved her head off of his shoulder and laid her head down on the pillow she moved onto her back and turned her head to the side to watched Sax with a smile.

He turned to face her as well, smiling. "It's most certainly a good thing." He then sat up, looking around at the windows, all with drawn curtains, then to the door, which was locked. "Hmm...we have complete privacy...and people will be going to bed around now..." He grinned, then laid back down, grinning a bit. "Just wanted to check. Don't want to get caught. I was worried. I'd rather not get seperated from you."

Sammie gave a smile at Sax "I agree" she said smirking as she leaned towards him and brushed her lips against his tempting to tease him, moving back she continued to smirk at him before she bit her bottom lip gently as she watched him trying not laugh.

As with every other time she'd kissed him, he looked very slightly dazed. "I can tell you are trying to tempt me...though I'm not sure how FAR you are trying to tempt me. Either way, I said we are going at your pace. So it's all your move for now." He chuckled a bit. "So if you want something, Sammie, you'll have to take it. Which won't be hard, since I'm willing to give." He laughed again, though he DID lean in and return her kiss, deepening it a bit before he pulled away.

"Yes, well, since what I want the most is for you to be happy...well, whatever makes you happy, Sammie." He chuckled softly, then put an arm around her and drew her close. "The one good thing about coming here, isn't it? Just think. If it weren't for the fact that our lives were shit, we wouldn't have met at all. Kinda a lot to think about, ne? Heh..."

Sammie smiled as Sax pulled her close to him "I know" she said with a soft laugh as she rested against him, giving a slight smirk she started to trace patterns on his shirt as she laid her head down on his shoulder as she moved fully onto her side as she glanced up at him.

He chuckled a bit, enjoying what she was doing. He shifted a bit, and once again kissed her, but this time, he held it, starting to gradually deepen it, enjoying the feel of her. He didn't know why he cared for her as much as he did, or why he was willing to risk the kind of trouble he'd be in if they were ever caught, but he couldn't see himself regretting it at any time.

Sammie smiled into the kiss that Sax had started, and continued to trace patterns on his shirt softly for a moment until she raised her hand and gently touched his cheek as she kissed him back loving the fact that he had kissed her first. Breaking the kiss slightly she kept her lips again his "Can I help you with something?" she asked softly with a light laugh as she kissed him again.
