| ((I was thinking that they try and kill this demon only to have it run to someone stronger. So Ester gets stuck with Izrael because he cant let her on her own or she’ll die. Basically, they stumble on this epic war between Demons and Angels like hasn’t been fought since the original Fall, and they only find out because he defended her. Oh and we can make Ester important in it as well. Like she’s the key to the demons gaining power or something. I dunno yet. Thoughts?”)) | |

| ((Sweet! This will be good then. ))
Izrael wasted no time in making his way to the cathedral. The demon wouldn’t wait for him while he tried to explain to Ester the intricacies of what he had deduced. Then again, he couldn’t leave her without any information either.
“The demon can only steal the body of the spiritual. The ones close to my world. It’ll have to go to the nearest church to find a new body. Staying in the one it has now would be foolhardy now that I know what it looks like.”
His pace was quick, and before they could say much more they reached the small catholic church, the statue of Saint Paul guarding the entry way to the sanctuary. Taking a deep breath he entered the church, his arrival startling some but for the most part going unnoticed. At this time of night the only ones within the church were the deeply devoted or those in the most need of heavenly intervention.

| Ester followed him, dabbing her hand into the holy water upon entering, respectfully marking the cross on her front, bowing briefly. Even if she herself didn't wrship 'God' she had a hard time entering a chrch without doing so... It was like walking into someones house with your shoes left on.
"Do you see it anywhere?" she asked quietly. All she could see in the Church was the bright blue-white glow surrounding the crusifix and a few stray nuns wondering around.

| ((HAHA I posted!! Its very rough around the edges so bear with me. I got to get back into the flow of things.)) Izrael ignored her question as he surveyed the church, his keen eyes quickly taking in the surroundings and the many penitent worshipers. Each of their aura’s were clean, at least of demon taint, and so he sat down in one of the back pews and immediately began to pray, or so it would seem to anyone looking at him. His only hope of catching this demon now before it could take another vessel was to make sure that it didn’t know he was already here. So with his hands folded serenely before him, he looked upon the crucifix with the Holy Son. He never could quite understand why humans would worship this image of Christ, considering the tragedy that was entailed within it. Then again, humans were always embroiled in some kind of tragedy and seemed to thrive in that kind of environment, considering most of the worlds tragedies were human creations. After all, it was humans who had brought about the Holy Son’s death in the first place, taking from the world the only damn Seraphin who truly wanted to do something good for mankind. Yup, Jesus Christ was no son of God as the humans understood it. Merely another of the Almighty’s elite, albeit one with a very close relationship with Him. Izrael wasn’t sure he’d ever truly understand humans, nor did he think he’d ever want to. | |

| Ester watched him for a moment and sighed before approaching one of the many statues of saints. This one was St. Christopher.
She admired the wood carving for a moment before closing her eyes. St. Christopher was the patron of protection and goof luck. She could only imagine he must not have fancied her given the hand of cards she had been delt.
Then again...
She glanced back to the disguised angel before sitting down on the stone floor, pulling her phone form her bag.
It wasn't long before a woman near the front of the alter rose form her kneeling position and bowed, once more to the cross, before turning and walking down the isle towards the exit. A nun.
