when a city starts to crumble ( might be mature)

Kira's eyes grew wide. He had everything. Things she had seen before, even things she had used before... And some things that she had never seen in her entire life. She knew better than to run around and pick things up.. Something might explode. Instead, she walked around the room, looking at things, but not touching. One thing in particular, though, kept catching her eye. It looked like a sleek black gauntlet. She didn't touch it, but pointed to it.

What is this?

he smiled and walked up to it, placing it over his hand."this little thing can mimic any kind of energy, matter...hell even telekinetic waves if you wanted it to." he opened his palm, which a large flame appeared from the gauntlet. it then sparked, turing into volts of electricity." our cobra squad and special forces agents use them mainly for subduing...but can be used to devestating effect...I was inspried to create after seeing this...being if you will...he could create any kind of energy...it seemed he generated more power, the more time he was in pain" he shook his head."strange...and scary at the same time...you can have a pair if you want?" he saig taking off th gauntlet

Kira's red eyes grew wide and nodded. She gently took the gauntlet from him and slipped it on her right arm. It felt like a second skin, it clung to her arm so snugly. She turned her hand over and opened her palm abruptly, creating sparks. She grinned, the sparks making reflections in her ruby eyes.

"me and my brother in law started to develop a...gear suit...to help with elite members of the cobra." he then took the sheet of the table, revealing a complete suit. it looked metal like, but it was as flreeflowing as leather, the helmet was rather small, just about fitting on the face."it took me a few years to finish it...the codes will activate the interface protocol inside the mask..."he said, with pride and joy

Kira listened to what he said about the suit and the helmet and nodded. It sounded like a worthwhile project, especially if it gave the wearer the ability to control the elements around them and conjure the elements out of thin air.

he started to input the code into the console, sending a surge of energy through the suit. the red eye on the mask lit up and pulsated."feel free to have a look around for some other gadgets" he smiled, carrying on with his work

Kira was perfectly content with her new toy. She decided to see of she could conjure up water... She made a fluid motion with her fingers and gasped in delight a she pulled the water molecules straight out of the air around her. She opened her hand and let the water droplet leviate there as she turned her hand this way and that, getting a good look at it.

Hikitara looked closely at the suit, and then back to the console"i need some help..." he then looked over to Kira"hey Kira could you help me" he asked placing one of the guantlets on his arm

She was snapped from her reverie as she gazed at the little water droplet in her hand. The drop instantly vaporized and she looked up at Hikitara.

Hmmm? Oh! Of course.

She walked over to him, where he was tinkering with his suit.

How can I be of assistance?

he smiled very nervously, almost shaking."I'm gonna place the suit on myself...you just need to start it up..first you must that these to bars are filling up...when they say max you then press Convert...then there same bars will start decrease and then increase again with a different shade, to which you press start" he said as he went into the back with

the suit. he came back out, with the suit on."what do you think?" he asked as he layed down."lets do this" he then flicked the switch on the table

Kira breathed in deeply as he laid down on the table. The bars he had indicated were filling up rapidly and soon maxed out. She tapped the Convert button, just as he'd told her to. The indicators on the lighted bars emptied and started filling up much more slowly now in a vibrant green color. It took about five minutes for them to fill and she pressed start and stepped back, watching what would happen.

volts of electricity slowly moved around the table, almost swirling around. Hikitara counted down to which when he reached zero, the volts moved around rapidly. hikitara moved around in pain, screming at times. he gripped his head, but was pushed back into the table. which the suit gave out a humming sound. the volts swirled around his body gradually getting faster untill it slowed down. Hikitara stayed on the table. breathing heavily

Kira looked on, wide eyed, as the electricity circled Hikitara. She wanted to go to him, to comfort him... But the high voltage surrounding the table held her back. She stood, rooted to the spot, horror in her eyes.

he sat up still heavily breathing. he rubbed his head and looked at kira."that was alot more painful then planned" he laughed and stood up." I hope taking it off won't be as hard" he said as he then checked the console."enhanced performance, stealth device, energy manipulation device...all systems are 100%....thanks kira" he said as he then went over to a weapons cabinet, to which he got out a katana."the perfect weapon...this katana is a high frequency blade...as hard as diamonds, plus it can emmit a loud frequency, that can cut from 8 feet away...ive got 2 more if you would like one?" he asked

Kira's eyes were still wide as she took in the sight of him, her eyes tracing the curves where the suit clung to his body. She blinked when he asked her if she'd like a katana. She nodded.

Sure.

Her voice was quiet as she stepped forward, out of the shadow where she had been standing and walked toward him. She reached out to take a katana bit recoiled like she'd been shocked when she touched the handle.

Ahhh!

Her confusion was plain in her face.

he laughed"sorry..still getting used to this thing...it might need some more work...but for now its best if I test it out..." he said looking for somethin to test the suit"maybe a sparring match with Ichi...maybe" he thought to himself

Kira laughed a bit in spite of herself. She reached out again to touch the weapon experimentally and marveled when the hairs on her had stood on end, like they had been electrically charged. When she touched the handle again, the zap that flowed through her arm didn't hurt her now; it sent something like adrenaline running through her veins. She smiled a bit as she wrapped her fingers around the hilt. Her eyes shimmered and her face glowed.

Hikitara smiled behind the mask."its still charging...the vibrations will emmit a humming sound...thats when you can use the soundwaves as extra length...or projectiles...it distorts the air around itself with soundwaves...another of jacob's designs" he sighed with a saddened expression

Kira nodded and released the handle. She looked up at Hikitara again and noticed he looked sad when he spoke of Jacob. She decided not to press the matter but instead change the subject.

How long does it take to charge?

he looked back up to Kira." I havent really use that model at all...about 30 minutes" he said."lets go back to Ryoga...tell me about the mission" he said slightly more cheerful."Maybe sis is right...maybe I am a coward...that I dont like to put myself on the line" he thought to himself as he took the mask off and placed on the table."Dont this thing yet..." he said sheathing his sword

Kira shrugged.

Why put yourself out there unless you absolutely have to? You're no fool, and that doesn't make you a coward.

She was starting to take a personal interest in this.

he looked at kira smiling."thank you...though I wish my sis could think the same way" he said as he placed the sheathed katana back onto the table."now lets go" he said as he opened the door

Kira nodded once and walked out the door he held open for her, smiling at him a bit mysteriously as she did so. She nearly winked at him but she thought that would be laying it on a bit too thick.

Hikitara looked at Kira."we will report back to Ryoga and see if he has any other task needed of completing"he replied as he carried on."Just wondering...but how did you know of Ryoga?" he asked curiously

Kira smiled.

Yugo and I had an encounter with him a while back.
