Kira shook her head and kicked into vampire super speed. As she ran by him, she slammed her fist into the side of his masked face.

Yeh. I think I can manage.

She smirked.

He laughed as he quickly held her hand, turning the force of the attack into his own, thus throwing her with some power." I wouldnt try to kill me...I can warp the space around me to my own will...can be useful in a fight" he laughed again

Kira grunted as she was thrown. She spun around midair and landed gracefully on her feet.

Dammit! Was is it with all these invulnerable monsters? I don't think kissing this one will hurt him...

She gritted her teeth and she racked her brains for a way to stop him from stealing her files. And making Yugo even more pissed at her. She could hear all the vampire jokes now.

M.r Mask then landed on the roof." I dont fight my targets head on...and your not my target...I was told that I should tell you that my boss has a bussiness propisition for you and your freind." he said giving her a bussiness card. " and he wanted me to give you 2 cheques for the files." he then reached down into his pocket and brought out 2 cheques, that was worth 1 million each.

Yugo and Ichi both followed the trail, leading them to Tetsuo's body."disgusting" said Ichi."might be...but its definitely not weak" replied Yugo looking around

Kira's eyes squinted as the masked man presented her with the checks. She wasn't as interested in the money as she was in the files. She hadn't gotten a chance to look at them yet.

What's so damn important? What could be in those papers that Tetsuo was willing to kill me for them? And that this man is trying to steal from me what I rightfully stole?

She smiled somberly.

She turned to jump onto the building she'd fallen from, to scale it and find Yugo.

Yugo smelled Kira aproaching and turned to face her. he took a sniff at M.r Mask, he didnt quite understood his smell, and thus as he saw him was very weary."Hey...had alittle hard time with old bats here?" Ichi's mouth was nearly on the floor."Your Mr X...I thought you was just some urban myth." Mr mask Bowed." in the flesh"

Kira raised an eyebrow as she watched this exchange.

She had a feeling Yugo would do just about anything Mr. Mask asked, after seeing his reaction.

Kira snagged the files deftly out of the air before they could open and spew their contents everywhere. She scowled at them both.

She was in a bad mood. She didn't like being told what to do, who to work for.

After an hour of traveling. they made it to the entrance of the building."Saren is his name...very charming if you asked me."said Mr. Mask as he showed them around."I'm pretty sure he will tell you the true importance of those files"Yugo looked at him curiously."True Importance?"Mr Mask laughed."yeah...turns out it contains DNA fragments of a certain extinct species...but let the boss explain ." he said. walking to the elevator

Kira raised an eyebrow. For the first time, she actually looked at the files. She peeked into one of them when they weren't looking and saw all kinds of scientific equations. She didn't understand much of it, but she scanned it quickly, letting her photographic memory work its magic. She then quickly shut the file before anyone looked her way.

Saren stood in his Office looking out through the window. As Mr. Mask brought in Kira and Yugo, he raised his hand signalling him to leave.Saren turned round and walked towards Kira."the files...if you please." he smirked

Kira snarled, something about him just seeming.... off. Not right. She pulled the files away for a moment, not wanting to hand them over. Something about this man just rubbed her the wrong way. Her eyes flickered to Yugo, consternation plain on her face. But, since she had already memorized the files' contents, she placed them in Saren's outstretched hand. Their skin touched and she cringed. Something about his touch even felt wrong. She shivered and retreated to stand by Wolf's side, her stomach turning, feeling like she would vomit if she were able.

Yugo sensed somethin strange about saren."saren placed the files on his desk, and gave them both a cheque for 3 million."those files...contain a DNA equation for the recreation of a Leviathan...limitless power to put it simple...Sorayami and many more want this...thankfully they wont get it...and as for my proposal...same pay for each job you complete for me...plus full range of Mr' masks equipment...ofcourse you can think about it...I'll call you when I have a job" he smirked.

"what do you think?" whispered Yugo to kira

Kira's eyes narrowed. She looked at Yugo and whispered back,

Kira sneered in Saren's direction.

Yeah, and what if we can't quit? Because we're dead? Or trapped in by a contract that is penalized by death if it is broken?
Her voice was a hiss as she whispered to Yugo; she'd dealt with this kind of thing before, and she wasn't about to get lured in again.

Saren laughed."there isnt any fine print in my offer my dear...I can just.."sense" great talent...thats all" Saren smiled at Yugo."I know what your saying...its up to" he replied. Saren looked at Kira."betrayal is a very Hurtful thing...Wouldn't you agree?

Kira growled at Saren.

I still don't trust him... But the money would be a nice luxury.

She let her face revert into its natural mask of cool disinterest.

Yugo nodded." I think we will give this a shot...but you try to pull anythin I'll bite your face off personally", he said in a growl.saren smirked and nodded." I'm sure we will have a rather comfortable partnership...welcome aboard." he said as he sat bak down."now...for your first job." he looked through a number of files.

Kira smirked devilishly when Yugo suggested biting Saren's face off. it sounded rather entertaining. Her smirk disappeared when Saren started talking about their job. Her lips pulled back into a horrific grimace, distorting her beautiful face and making her look like a vampire. Her hands clenched at her sides.

Just so you know... If you make me kill any innocent people, I will kill you.

She spoke through her teeth so the words came out sounding intense and threatening.

Saren smirked."thank you for the heads up...now...ahhh yes." he took out one of the files, with a devilish grin washed upon his face."this very Eccentric man is a druglord...he has caused some problems with alot of my projects...I want you to Permanently silence him" he said. Yugo took the file, and skimm across it."seems valid to me"

Kira snatched the file from Yugo, skimming it over.

Damn. I have to admit, this does look legit...

She glared through narrowed eyes at Saren.

She turned to stalk out of the room, not looking to see if Yugo followed.
