Because we all know it can get a bit crazy at times what's the most random, over the top out there anime you've ever seen?
I've seen a lot and it's definitely a close one between Pani Poni Dash and it's literal avalanche of anime and pop culture references (seriously it puts Lucky Star to shame XD) Nurse Witch Komugi (being a parody on not only Mahou Shoujo anime but the entire Otaku subculture as a whole) and Hare+Guu, for well, just being that damn random.
I think I'm gonna give it to Hare+Guu though, this AMV should explain =]

AMV, an Anime Music Video, you know, it's where somebody takes a bunch of clips from an anime and sets them in time to a song...oh you meant Hare+Guu, I told you it was random
Guu is awesome btw, she eats things, like people, and they enter some sort of inter-dimensional portal in her stomache :3
