I had an idea for a story a while ago whose villains were the Mavericks, a group of warriors with cursed weapons that gave them powers. One of the Mavericks was also exiled from the group and ends up helping the main character fight. I really liked this group, more than the main characters themselves and they didn't start out evil. So I want to play out the story of how they came to be the villains they were in the story, and the events leading up to the exile. There are only two characters who are kept from the story: the leader of the Mavericks and the exiled Maverick, anyone can make up a character to fill the other spots.
Anyone interested? There are 8 spots available (there are 10 Mavericks and the leader is going to be an NPC, for now anyway) but they don't all need to be filled, we can NPC unfilled spots with the canon characters if we have to.
