"You can't go back to the time when you didn't notice."
Those were gran-gran's last words to Aerin Greyson before she gave her the silver and ivory rosary beads. Then died.
Since then, the sixteen-year-old's life twisted in a most surprising, yet unpleasant way…
"I'm sorry to be so blunt with you Katherine. But you've caused the Deloris's enough trouble. You are not alive anymore, you're dead."
Aerin expressed to the semi-transparent figure before her. The spirit had died inexpicably and so sudden, that she'd never realized it. However, every night, the forty-something mother of then two-year old children, continued replaying her death. Killed by a random bullet that pierced her chest. She'd been gazing out the window on a particular night and had become victom to a cross-fire.
After the soul was exorsized, Aerin explained to the family of the colonial estate that the premises were free of any lingering enigma's before taking her leave.
Now, a few weeks after the incident, Aerin found herself at a funeral, accompanied by her trusted ally Lowell Westin. Like her an expert in exorsism, and the ability to see spirits. The two joined forces at Aerin's request, this was a job that required both their experiences for something was very abnormal here in the small town of Fatellyst's Way.
More and more people kept dying, and the soul counts were skyrocketing -especially the energy vibrations in the church itself. Slowly the place was becoming a ghost town.
Seated fairly at the end of the pew, both Aerin and Lowell watched the mourners cry over their deceased loved one. And their, flanked beside the casket was the very soul. This one stared into the open casket, fully aware of his passing.
「So basically this is going to be about a pair of exorsists that fall in love amongst their strange lives. But everything isn't as it seems.」
