The possesed Espèn turned around to see Ryoga and Kira. Pitful lowlife demons, of all demons you Ryoga should know the price of interupting a greater one's fun. He stretched out his left hand grabing the aswang's head, then blowing it up using its own blood. You better treat my new vessel fine, orelse I cant see myself forgiving you. Espèn droped uncounsious on the floor, the black hair slowly turning green once again.

Kira's eyes were wide with shock as she raced to Espen's side.

Espen!!

Ryoga was angry, angry at the demon inside Espen." tell me...did my father sent you?...or did you finally kill him?" he asked clenching his hand into a fist

Espèn started to wake up. He noticed that Kira was besides him and that Ryoga guy to was here. But why does he seem so angry? Espèn took a quick look at himself. Great full of blood again, Just what happened here? What was it that killed the aswang? Espèn looked like a clueless puppy looking for clues, kinda like a detective puppy in a childrens book.

Ryoga then looked away."its best not telling him".he thought."its of no importance...your safe"

Ok... if you say so. He's obviously hiding something. no matter i'll as Kira later about it, Espèn tried to stand up, but only managed to get on his knees.

Scion looked around, until he sensed the evil wave, and ran back in, "What the Hell?!" he shouted as he entered

Kira put her arm under Espen's arms and attempted to help him up. In doing so, she pressed him against her. Her eyes got wide and she would have blushed, if she'd had any blood in her body. She finally pulled him upright, wrapping her arm around his waist.

"that demon inside of him will do nothin but damage his body...Posessions are always troublesome"thought Ryoga, as he watched Kira help up Espen."Can you sense somethin inside him?"whispered Ryoga to Kira

Kira nodded.

I've known something was different about this one from the beginning. Something about his blood... Pulled me back, she whispered back.

She shifted weight so that Espen was on her back now

Hope I'm not to heavy Espèn stomache growled, normaly his face would be all red, but now it was pale white.

Kira squeezed Espen's arm lightly.

No need to mention that an elephant wouldn't be too heavy for me to carry around on my back...

She shook her head and looked back at Ryoga

"that demon will destroy his body...he has a higher level demon inside him...he is lucky he still has this much control of his body." whispered Ryoga with a serious expression

Kira cringed.

What is wrong with this world? Demons possess men, immortal blood-suckers roam free...

She shook her head.

We're just lucky that he does have at least some control over the demon, or we'd be in some deep trouble.

I'm half way dead, but I can still hear what you say. Why bother hiding it if your gonna say it out loud later, Espèn sighed.
So basicly a somekinda big demon is possesing me, tearing my body to shreds from the inside.

Ryoga nodded." its quite common among low level demons...but this is very strange...luckily levels dont apply to me since my father is the void mind...well he might have been killed." said Ryoga."there are a few ways to control the demon within...but it not work on this one" Ryoga looked up in thought

Kira's face puckered as she was lost in thought. She blinked and said

So a demon possesses you, then? Do you how this demon chose you, Espen?

That may help in our quest to rid him of the demon...

Bad luck iguess, never seem to have good luck so... Espèn started thinking back.



Does near death stuff count? or when i hate someone for buying the last strawberry milk?

" with low level demons it seems they do it just for fun...high level demons have a...more sinister goal...Espen...do you remember much about your family?...something like a bloodline only thing or somethin like that?" he asked" usually a human possessed by a high level demon, has some sort of power, in which high level demons are very power hungry" he retorted still in thought

I dont remember much, I was a kid and they died in a car accident they said, but we had a awesome basement full of ancient markings and weapons and stuff, i remember a starshaped figure with some wierd language or something that was on my bedroom. Espèn was thinking hard now, focusing on the story his father used to tell him. It's no use, i cant remember at all.

Kira's perfect brow furrowed in concentration. She shifted so Espen's weight was now beside her, and she could look at his face, trying to figure out what about him could make such a powerful demon lodge itself within him.

Ryoga... I don't think it's a low-level demon

"I know...I was a freind with the demon...long time ago.." ryoga sighed, he then looked at espen."hmmm...I could call a freind...he might be know of this symbol...I know that a starshaped marking usually means that a human follower of the voidb wants to awaken their demonic heritage" he retorted

Kira nodded, lost in thought. She started speaking, mostly to herself.

So... He's most likely inherited this demon...

Her eyes snapped up to Ryoga.

So... do you think this is a demon prince?

Her crimson eyes were wide. She'd only ever heard stories, legends, about a Demon Prince.

I did hear once that there used to be 2 void minds...." he then looked at Kira." as far as I know I'm the only demon prince...though he could have came from another dimension...or was born in the void and moved to a different realm..I dont know, but I'm the only "Known" demon prince" he replied as he made it more simple that the actual answer." Besides the void mind only has one heir at a time." he sighed." 1 reason why I ran away"
